Beyond the Tassel offers a variety of cost-effective and customized programs to help you navigate and successfully manage your job search in today’s challenging and competitive job market. By working with a career coach, you can maximize your time, effort, and energy in the transition from student to full-time employee. You will develop the skills to think clearly and strategically, to identify goals, create a step-by-step plan, and target opportunities. A partnership between you and the career coach will help make the career search process less overwhelming and intimidating.  Meetings and consultations can be conducted in person, over the phone or by webcam.

Premium Program:  Our most exhaustive service...a 60+ day 10 step one-on-one intensive coaching program focused on the core skills and methodologies needed to find one’s first job and beyond.  (details...)

Virtual Coach:   For students who do not have the time or are "geographically challenged", Virtual Coach offers students and /or recent graduates a "virtual" approach to their job search through weekly customized coaching sessions that can be conducted via webcam or phone.  The program is designed to significantly increase the odds of landing a job.  (details...)

Job Search Workshops:  For the job searcher who does not feel a need for one-on- one coaching, a one day, 7 hour program for a maximum of 10-12 participants. The workshop is an abbreviated version of our premium service covering the essentials of the job search process with the goal of making the participant a more effective job searcher. (details...)
